Meti Corporate Finance & Hoshin Corporate Finance of Milano, Italy, are pleased to announce the exhibition of works by Robert Hromec, an internationally exhibited artist whose practice operates at the intersection of painting, printmaking, and contemporary mixed-media research. 

Robert Hromec’s exhibition “CONNECTIONS”, consisting of more than 35 mid-size works will on view at the headquarters of Meti Corporate Finance & Hoshin Corporate Finance in Milano, Piazza Pio XI 1 (second floor). The cocktail reception will take place on October 1 at 6:00 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Educated between New York and Europe, Hromec holds an MFA in Painting from Hunter College, New York, and a BA in Printmaking from The City College of New York. His early formation includes studies at the Pratt Institute, six years at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and London Exchange Grant at The Slade School of Fine Art.

During his years in New York, Hromec developed a distinctive hybrid technique he defines as printpainting – a synthesis of painterly gesture and printmaking processes that remains central to his practice, exploring the human figure through layered surfaces, material depth, and quiet emotional intensity.

His recent works extend this exploration through the use of aluminum plates, where layering, pressure, and surface interaction generate subtle optical shifts and perceptual depth.

Hromec has participated in more than eighty international exhibitions and fairs around the world.

His work is documented in two major monographs held in leading museum libraries (MMA, MOMA, Brooklyn Museum in New York…), and he is the recipient of multiple international awards, including the Premio COMEL (Rome) and the Extrartis Prize (Sorrento).

For over the last 10 years, Hromec has been cooperating with many italian based galleries and curators such as Arianna Grava, Maurizio Vanni, Letizia Rostagno, Alberto Desirò, Martina Campese, Francesca Ciampa, Giorgio Agnisola; Oblong Contemporary Art Gallery a Forte dei Marmi/Dubai, Area 35 Art Gallery in Milano; AD gallery in Florence among others.
